AKCELPE RWB GLOBAL

Invest in businesses building the real economy.

RWB means participation in real operating businesses or projects, with rights and returns determined by each business structure.

REAL WORLD BUSINESS • GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES

Real business → verified opportunity → legal structure → digital participation → business performance

AkcelPe RWB is a global Real World Business ecosystem designed to connect eligible participants with professionally structured opportunities across operating businesses, projects and growth ventures.

RWB represents opportunities connected to genuine operating businesses rather than purely digital assets. Each opportunity can have its own business model, investment structure, revenue model, risk profile, investor rights, distribution model and exit mechanism.

Every RWB is different.

Operating businesses

Existing companies, new business locations and franchises.

Projects & ventures

Hospitality projects, sports ventures, entertainment projects and technology businesses.

Commercial sectors

Retail, manufacturing, food & beverage, mobility and infrastructure.

Eligible enterprises

Other approved commercial opportunities where the legal and economic structure can be clearly defined.

RWA VS RWB

Asset economics and business economics are different.

RWA — Real World Asset

Participation connected primarily to an identifiable asset. A £50M London property, for example, may link investor economics to rental income, property value, asset appreciation and property sale.

RWB — Real World Business

Participation connected to a real operating business. An AED 20M hospitality business, for example, may link economics to business revenue, operating profit, growth, dividends, equity value and exit or sale.

RWB EXAMPLE 01

Global hospitality business

An established hospitality business is independently valued for illustration at USD 20 million. A 20% economic interest is made available through a USD 4 million investment pool represented by 4,000,000 RWB units at USD 1 per unit.

Investor participationUSD 100,000
Illustrative RWB units100,000
Illustrative pool distributionUSD 600,000

At USD 600,000 of annual distributions across 4,000,000 participating units, the illustrative distribution is USD 0.15 per unit. A holder of 100,000 units would receive an illustrative USD 15,000 for that period.

This is an illustrative example only. Business profits and distributions are not guaranteed unless a legally enforceable instrument expressly provides otherwise.

Any participation in enterprise-value growth depends entirely on the investor’s legally defined rights and the relevant exit mechanism.

DIFFERENT BUSINESSES. DIFFERENT RETURN MODELS.

No universal RWB return structure

Model A — Equity participation

A legally defined interest in the relevant company or structure. Potential economics may include dividends, business appreciation and exit.

Model B — Profit participation

Participation in an agreed portion of distributable business profits.

Model C — Revenue participation

Where legally permitted, economics may be linked to an agreed share of qualifying revenue.

Model D — Debt / financing

A legally defined financing instrument with contractual financing economics and principal repayment, subject to credit/default risk and applicable law.

Model E — Project-specific participation

Investment may be connected to a specific project rather than the entire company, such as a new hotel, new restaurant, sports arena, entertainment event, technology platform or manufacturing facility.

RWA + RWB + AKT

Three clearly separated layers

AKT

Ecosystem / utility layer for platform and permitted ecosystem functions.

RWA

Real-world asset layer for asset-specific investment opportunities such as real estate.

RWB

Real-world business layer for business-specific opportunities such as hospitality, sports, technology and entertainment.

Separate function

AKT ≠ RWA ≠ RWB. Each requires its own legal treatment and documentation.

GLOBAL COMPLIANCE

Global technology + local regulatory structures

RWB cannot operate under one universal global investment licence. Securities, equity, collective-investment, financial-promotion, crowdfunding, digital-asset, AML/KYC, investor-classification, custody, secondary-trading and tax rules differ by country.

Core RWB principle

The business creates economic value. The contract or security creates investor rights. The digital infrastructure records and administers those rights. Technology alone does not create shares, equity, debt, profit rights or ownership.

An RWB opportunity available in Dubai may require a different structure from one available in London or India. Availability must therefore be assessed for each jurisdiction, structure and investor category.

WHY RWB?

Digitising participation in the real economy

Traditional private-business investment can be difficult to access, paper-heavy, opaque, illiquid, restricted to networks and difficult to monitor. AkcelPe RWB aims to create a more transparent digital experience.

IMPORTANT RISK & REGULATORY NOTICE

Business and investment outcomes are not guaranteed.

RWB opportunities involve investment and business risks. Business revenue, profitability, valuation and distributions can increase or decrease, and investors may lose some or all of their invested capital.

Examples of enterprise values, revenue, profit, yields, distributions or appreciation shown on this website are illustrative unless expressly identified as verified information relating to an actual offering.

RWB units should not be described as shares, equity, debt, profit rights or ownership unless the relevant legal documentation expressly provides those rights. Investment opportunities may constitute securities or other regulated financial products depending on their structure and jurisdiction.

Availability is subject to local laws, regulatory permissions, investor eligibility, KYC/AML, sanctions screening and the applicable offering documentation. Liquidity and exit opportunities are not guaranteed.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
