AKCELPE RWA GLOBAL

Global infrastructure. Local compliance. Real assets.

One AkcelPe technology ecosystem, while each asset remains governed by its own local legal and regulatory structure.

REAL WORLD ASSETS • GLOBAL DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE

The world is full of real value. AkcelPe is building the digital bridge to access it.

AkcelPe RWA Global is designed to connect eligible investors with professionally structured opportunities backed by identifiable real-world assets across multiple countries.

From real estate in Dubai and London to commercial assets in India and selected opportunities across other international markets, the objective is to bring real-world value into a transparent digital investment ecosystem.

RWA means an investment opportunity connected to an identifiable real-world asset or legally defined economic interest. Instead of creating value purely within a digital environment, an RWA begins with something that exists in the real economy.

THE AKCELPE GLOBAL RWA VISION

One ecosystem. Multiple countries. Real assets. Local legal structures.

AkcelPe does not assume that one token has identical legal meaning everywhere. Property, securities, digital-asset, investment, tax, AML, investor-classification, custody and transfer rules differ by market.

LAYER 1

Real-world asset

An identifiable asset exists in the real economy.

LAYER 2

Verification

Ownership, title, valuation, financial information, legal due diligence, asset condition, liabilities and income are reviewed.

LAYER 3

Legal wrapper

Depending on jurisdiction, the permitted structure may involve an SPV, property-holding company, fund, trust, security, contractual investment or another approved structure.

LAYER 4

RWA units

The legally defined investment interest may be digitally represented or administered through RWA units.

LAYER 5

Eligible investor

Participation takes place according to applicable law and the relevant offering documentation.

LAYER 6

Digital portfolio

Eligible investors can monitor holdings, asset information, documents and distributions digitally.

The token does not create the asset, and it does not automatically create legal ownership.

The real asset creates underlying value. The legal structure creates enforceable rights. The digital RWA records, represents or administers those rights.

HOW GLOBAL RWA WORKS

From identification to a legally permitted exit

01

Identify

Identify a suitable real-world asset.

02

Verify

Verify ownership, valuation, legal status and financial information.

03

Structure

Place the asset within an appropriate legal and regulatory structure.

04

Fractionalise

Divide the investment opportunity into smaller legally defined interests.

05

Digitise

Represent or administer those interests digitally.

06

Investor onboarding

Complete KYC, AML, sanctions screening, investor eligibility and source-of-funds checks where required.

07

Participate

The eligible investor selects the asset and investment amount.

08

RWA allocation

The investor receives the applicable legally defined RWA interest.

09

Performance

The underlying asset generates or changes in economic value.

10

Distribution

Eligible income is distributed according to the investment documents.

11

Exit

Investors use an available legally permitted exit mechanism.

ILLUSTRATIVE GLOBAL EXAMPLE

USD 100 million real-estate asset

An independently valued income-producing property has a reference value of USD 100,000,000 and is represented by 10,000,000 RWA units at an initial reference value of USD 10 per unit.

Investor participationUSD 250,000
Illustrative allocation25,000 units
Illustrative net income7% p.a.

At an illustrative 7% net distributable income, the property would generate USD 7,000,000 annually, equal to USD 0.70 per unit. A holder of 25,000 units could therefore receive an illustrative USD 17,500 for the year, subject to actual performance and offering terms.

If the property later moved from USD 100M to USD 120M in independent valuation, the underlying asset would have appreciated by 20%. That does not automatically mean that the RWA market price, redemption value or available liquidity also rises by 20%.

AKT + RWA + RWB

RWA — real world asset

Asset-specific investment interests connected to real estate, infrastructure and other eligible assets.

RWB — real world business

Business-specific investment interests connected to hospitality, sports, entertainment, technology, education and other operating businesses or projects.

Separate legal function

AKT ≠ RWA ≠ RWB. Each function requires its own documentation and legal treatment.

GLOBAL COMPLIANCE MODEL

There is no single global RWA licence. Each asset requires jurisdiction-specific legal analysis and investor eligibility controls.

AKCEL Verified RWA checks

Ownership, valuation, encumbrances, income, expenses, legal structure, regulation, exit and risk should be checked before an asset is presented as verified.

Five transparency questions

What asset am I investing in? Who legally owns it? What rights do my RWA units give me? How can I potentially make or lose money? How can I exit?

IMPORTANT GLOBAL RISK & REGULATORY NOTICE

Capital is at risk.

AkcelPe RWA opportunities involve investment risk. Investors may lose some or all of their invested capital. Property and other real-world asset values can increase or decrease. Income and distributions may fluctuate or may not be made. Foreign investments can involve currency, political, regulatory and tax risks. Digital/tokenised investments may involve technology, custody, cybersecurity and blockchain risks.

Liquidity is not guaranteed. Any secondary market may be unavailable, restricted or subject to regulatory approval. Asset values, unit prices, yields, distributions and appreciation shown on this website are illustrative unless expressly identified as verified information relating to an actual offering.

An RWA unit does not automatically constitute direct registered ownership of the underlying property or asset. Exact rights are determined by the legal structure, subscription agreement, offering documents and local law. Availability depends on jurisdiction, regulatory approvals, investor eligibility, KYC/AML requirements and offering terms.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.
