Proposed offering
How an AKCEL offering would work
This page describes a process, not an opportunity. No round is open, no price is approved and no payment can be made. It is published so the structure can be reviewed before anything is switched on.
No round is open
Purchase and claim functions are disabled by configuration in this build. Enabling either one is an audited administrator action that requires written legal approval, an independent security review and a completed smart-contract audit.
ICO transaction testing is enabled
Use mock purchase and claim flows. No real payment, allocation, wallet transfer or blockchain transaction occurs.
Total ICO allocation
100 million AKT across four rounds
The ICO represents 20% of the proposed maximum token supply. The figures below reconcile with the round schedule.
Structure
Four proposed rounds
The four-round structure offers 100,000,000 AKT in total. Prices are illustrative and none has been approved.

Post-ICO
Planned role after the offering
After completion of the four planned ICO rounds, AKT is intended to operate as the utility token across eligible parts of the AKCEL ecosystem.
No additional public rounds planned
The current token plan does not include further public ICO rounds for these tokens after the four-round allocation is complete.
Supported exchange trading
AKT is intended for trading on supported digital asset exchanges, subject to applicable approvals, listings and regulations.
Ecosystem utility
Eligible uses may include real estate, intellectual property, hospitality, sports and other AKCEL ecosystem services where AKT is accepted.
Participation
Eleven steps, in this order
The order matters. Eligibility is checked before documents are collected, disclosures are accepted before payment, and compliance confirms before an allocation exists.
Eligibility pre-check
Location, age, participant type and required acknowledgements are checked before a single personal document is collected. Someone who cannot participate finds out first, not last.
Account creation
Email or mobile verification, a passkey or strong password, consent capture and anti-bot controls.
Identity and screening
Identity verification, sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening, and source-of-funds checks where required. A rejected check comes with a route to ask for review.
Wallet setup
Register an approved wallet, confirm the network and verify that you control the address. The site never asks for a seed phrase or private key at any point.
Offering selection
Only an open and eligible round is shown, with price, quantity, fees, taxes, lock-up, allocation rules and risks stated before anything is chosen.
Quote and acknowledgement
A time-bound quote is issued, and acceptance of the exact document versions in force is recorded against your account.
Payment
Routed through approved providers. Payment credentials are never stored in the platform.
Compliance confirmation
Hold, approve, reject, refund or request more information, according to policy rather than discretion.
Allocation and receipt
An auditable allocation record and a receipt showing whether tokens are pending, allocated, locked, claimable or transferred.
Claim or custody
Claims are permitted only on the correct network and contract, with the signing intent, the gas and the final transaction hash shown clearly.
Ongoing records
Holdings, vesting, transactions, documents, notices, security history and support tickets, all in one place.
Identity
Why verification is asked for
Identity checks exist to meet anti-money-laundering obligations and to keep restricted participants out. They are not a formality and they cannot be waived by membership, referral or seniority.
Requirements are risk-based and differ by market, so a single global rule is not sufficient. Where enhanced due diligence or source-of-funds evidence is required, it is requested with an explanation of why.
- Only necessary data is collected, and the reason is stated at the point of collection
- Documents are stored securely with defined retention and deletion obligations
- A rejected or pending check comes with a clear next action, not a dead end
- Manual review and a request-for-information route are always available
- Re-screening happens when identity expires or a profile materially changes
Questions
Plain answers
Can I buy AKT today?
No. No round is open, no price is approved, no payment route exists and no token has been created. Anyone offering to sell you AKT is not AKCEL.
When does the sale open?
There is no date. A date can only follow the legal classification, the chain decision, an independent smart-contract audit and written approval in each market. Publishing a date before those exist would be misleading.
Which blockchain will it use?
Undecided. Naming a chain before the decision is approved would commit the project publicly to something that may change.
Is the $390,000,000 figure a fundraising target?
It is the maximum capital raised only if every token in every round is fully subscribed at the stated prices. It excludes fees, taxes, discounts, unsold tokens, cancellations and refunds, and it is not a forecast, valuation or commitment.
Are monthly token releases or market values guaranteed?
No. Token release plans remain subject to approved programme terms, and no future token market price is guaranteed. Capital and token value can fall.
Which countries can participate?
Undetermined. Restricted territories will be published once the regulatory analysis is complete for each market. Until then, no participation is possible anywhere.
Will I need identity verification?
Yes, if an offering is ever approved. Verification requirements are risk-based and vary by market, and membership does not exempt anyone from them.
What happens to my data during verification?
Only what is necessary is collected, it is explained at the point of collection, and it carries a defined retention and deletion obligation. The privacy policy sets out the rights that apply.
