Token classification, jurisdiction, licensing and permitted activities are still being determined. A regulatory decision can delay, restrict, reduce or cancel a proposed feature entirely, including features described elsewhere on this site as planned.

No exchange listing exists and none is committed. Even if a token is issued, there may be no market on which to sell it, no reliable price and no way to exit a position at a time of your choosing.

Smart contracts, wallets, providers and networks can fail or be attacked. Losing access to a private key generally means losing access to the associated assets permanently, and no one can restore them for you.

Projects, venues, partnerships and platform features described as planned may change materially, be delayed, be reduced in scope or not proceed at all. Architectural visualisations show intended designs, not completed buildings.

The proposed commercial model depends on revenue generated by a related group of businesses. Difficulty in one part of the group can affect others, and there is no independent guarantor standing behind any of it.

Fraudulent sites, social accounts and messages copy legitimate brands closely. Verify the domain in your address bar. Never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone, and treat any request for one, from any source, as fraud.
