What is collected
This site collects only what it needs to do the thing you asked it to do. An enquiry form collects the contact details and the message you provide. If identity verification is ever activated, it collects the documents and details required by the applicable anti-money-laundering rules in your market — and explains at the point of collection why each item is required.
What is not collected
- Payment card numbers and bank credentials are never stored in the platform.
- Private keys and seed phrases are never requested or stored, in any circumstance.
- Analytics is limited to what is needed to operate the site, and is kept logically separate from regulated transaction records.
How long it is kept
Retention is defined per data type. Identity records carry a legal retention obligation that may exceed the life of an account; enquiry data does not, and is deleted on the shorter schedule. The exact periods are published with the approved policy.
Your rights
Depending on your market, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests are handled through the contact route below, and identity is verified before any request is actioned so that data is not disclosed to the wrong person.
Sharing
Personal data is shared with processors that provide identity verification, payment processing, communications, storage and support, each under contract and only for the purpose it was collected for. It is not sold, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.

This is an informational website describing a group of businesses and a proposed digital platform. It does not provide financial services, hold funds, execute transactions or maintain accounts.
No offer and no advice
Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell any token, security or investment product, and nothing here is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Figures are illustrative and unapproved. You should take your own professional advice before making any financial decision.
Accuracy and change
Content is published through a review workflow, but the underlying plans are unfinished by design. Any figure, status, project, date or policy on this site may change without notice, and a change may be material.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape, republish or misrepresent content in a way that implies endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.
- Do not use AKCEL branding to solicit funds. Doing so is fraud and will be reported.

Links to third-party sites are provided for reference. AKCEL does not control them and is not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AKCEL is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site, given that the information is expressly described as provisional throughout.

What this build uses
This build sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page. The only external request is to a web font service.
What a production build would use
- Strictly necessary — session, security and load-balancing cookies. These cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.
- Preferences — language and display choices, set only when you make one.
- Analytics — aggregate usage measurement, set only with consent and withdrawable at any time.
Consent
Non-essential cookies would be set only after consent, with a genuine reject option presented as prominently as accept, and a way to change the decision later.
