The commercial model, with the caveats attached
Packages, token growth plans and membership are set out here in full, together with the disclosures that have to travel with them. None of these products is currently available, and token releases or percentages must not be read as guaranteed cash returns or market value.

What a target actually means
A target annual revenue share describes an intended share of revenue, not a payment. If the underlying revenue is lower than expected, the share is lower. If there is no revenue in a period, the share is nothing.
Capital is at risk in full. There is no fixed rate, no minimum distribution and no protection.
What still has to be defined
- Eligibility, availability and jurisdiction restrictions
- Term, calculation basis and distribution frequency
- Treatment of losses, fees, taxes and exit rights
- The underlying revenue sources themselves
- The regulatory authorisation required to offer any of it
Packages cannot be accepted
Acceptance is disabled by configuration. It requires an approved document version, valid eligibility rules and an audited administrator action backed by written legal approval.
Revenue-package testing is enabled
Applications are stored as simulated test records only. No investment is accepted and no money is collected.
AKCEL Token release plans
Grow your holdings with monthly token releases
AKCEL Token Growth Plans are designed to reward long-term participation in the ecosystem. Based on the selected plan, additional AKT is intended to be released each month until the applicable bonus allocation has been fully distributed.
How it works
Purchase a token plan
Select and purchase an eligible AKCEL Token Plan under the applicable programme terms.
Monthly release begins
The release is calculated as a percentage of the original token purchase, not the growing wallet balance.
Tokens reach AkcelPe
Released tokens are credited to the participant’s AkcelPe wallet.
Use available tokens
Eligible tokens may be held, used within the AKCEL ecosystem, redeemed where available, or traded on supported exchanges after listing and subject to applicable regulations.
Monthly release principle
The monthly release continues until total bonus tokens equal the original number of tokens purchased, subject to the programme rules.
Starter example: 250 AKT × 2% = 5 AKT released per month until the programme allocation is complete.

Each monthly amount is calculated from the original purchase. It does not compound as the wallet balance grows.

Example
Gold Plan
Key principle
Bonus allocation capped at the original purchase
The planned monthly release continues until the participant has received bonus tokens equal to 100% of the original token purchase.
The percentage applies to the original purchase only. It is not calculated on previously released bonus tokens and therefore does not compound.
Token value illustration
How price changes affect token value
This example uses the planned ICO phases and hypothetical post-ICO market prices. It explains arithmetic only and is not a prediction or guarantee of future value.
| Stage | Token price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| ICO Round 1 | $1 | First 10 million tokens |
| ICO Round 2 | $2 | Next 15 million tokens |
| ICO Round 3 | $4 | Next 25 million tokens |
| ICO Round 4 | $5 | Final 50 million ICO tokens |
| Exchange listing* | Market price | Determined by market supply and demand |
| Phase 2 ecosystem* | Market price | May be influenced by utility and ecosystem adoption |
